BUT- better late than never, right? Cole does so many interesting and usually funny things that I want to start keeping track of it all.
Well my little ball of energy is so full of it. He is always running around getting into everything and constantly questioning the world around him. The memory he has in uncanny! Don't tell him your secrets cause it is very likely he will use it against you the first chance he gets.. LOL
His interests right now are cars, animals and dinosaurs. Every time we go to Walmart he has to get a new car or truck. It amazes me that he can have a whole box full but always needs a new one. When he is playing with them he has to have at least 3-4 in his hands at one time. Cole is a very affectionate and loving child, especially when it comes to animals. He recently went to the zoo with his buddy Allison and had a great time. Although I don't know if he liked the animals or the ice cream cone more. :)
We also really enjoy reading books. Except for the weekend he wanted me to read a book and gave me a black-eye with it. It was an accident but it hurt! We tend to have to read the same book about 4 times each night. I am starting to get really sick of his books which is why we went and got a library card. He LOVES it. His eyes lit up like he was in a candy store when saw the shelves full of books for the first time. By the time we left I am pretty sure the librarian was happy to see us go. It amazes me that even when no-one is in the library they give you dirty looks when you are being too loud. As usual my ladies man found a young lady to flirt with as he does everywhere we go. When we were leaving the library a cute little girl about his age walked in and he went straight over and gave her a big hug. She really didn't know what to think about it. Cole has a way with the girls already, which really scares me cause I can only imagine what is going to happen in about 15 years. His daycare girlfriend is named Reese and she is a sweetheart. They always get excited to see each other and like giving hugs. He also has some girl buddies in the neighborhood. Gianna-is the youngest of his girl buddies and they really like to say hi to each other and play outside. Alyssa and Haley are the twins in the neighborhood and they are a year older than Cole. That doesn't phase Cole, he likes them all. We all play outside when it is warm and they have a cool pink Barbie mustang they drive around. Cole LOVES it. From the first time he got in and figured out that theirs had a radio that his blue jeep didn't have, I cant seem to get him out of it. Anytime the car starts driving down the road he takes off towards it yelling MINE! haha... they are so sweet to him and always give him a turn to drive. Usually he slaps the seat telling them to hop in and go for a drive! They recently invited them to their birthday party at the Y and he had a great time. I think we even have a picture of Cole holding hands with both Haley and Alyssa.. TOO CUTE. I will post it as soon as I get it.
Cole is mommy's helper these days. He likes to do laundry and his newest task is taking the garbage cans to the curb. If I do it without him he usually gets upset. He is also quite the cookie baking expert these days but I am pretty sure he only wants to help so he can stick his fingers in the dough. It never fails-if I turn my back he usually has a fist size glob of cookie dough in his mouth that I don't see til he is spitting it out cause it is too big to swallow. HAHA.. gross I know!

Cole really likes all his Grandma's and Grandpa's. He is a lucky kid in that dept as he has several. He recently got to spend a week with Nana and Papa while Mommy and Daddy took a much needed vacation. (Although, since daddy got hurt twice it wasn't very relaxing. But that's another story entirely :) Cole had so much fun wallering Nana's baby kitties which he calls 'titties'. The kitties are lucky to be alive and I am sure very relieved he is gone. He also went to Pappy and Granny's daycare and had tons of fun. As he always does, he found a few teachers that he really liked and within no time had them wrapped around his little finger. I'm not surprised by this because he is a fun kid to be around. It's easy to fall in love with him but I am his mommy so I am a bit biased. He also loves going to Grandma and Papa Smiths'. He is a Papa's boy big time. He likes to go play with his cousins there. Can't wait for him to go spend a few days with any of his grandparents again so I can get some relaxation time.. any volunteers?!

Uncle JoJo is one of Cole's favorite people to play with. His name comes up everyday and he wants to invite him over all the time. Any time you say guess who is coming over "JoJo' is the first guess out of his mouth. He also gets to spend quite a bit of time with his cousin Byrson which he calls Bryce. He is very bossy to him but he loves him alot. They both get so excited to see each other and it is funny to watch them copy one another and always want what the other has. Its like having twins cause we have to buy 2 of everything, I can only imagine how my mom must have felt raising Amy and me! Cole is very smart and he knows that anytime Bryce is around that means that "AMEE' is there too so when he says one of their names the other usually follows.
Sorry for the book! I will post pictures as soon as I can find them all.
